Delivery Rates

You can count on C.B.S. Messenger Service to give you the most competitive delivery rates in the industry. We give you flat rates that beat most other courier rates and we strive to get your package to its destination faster.

For multiple oversized deliveries going to the same location, you pay the standard oversize price for the first item and then a discounted rate of only $6.00 for each additional item.

Morning pickups are delivered same-day in the afternoon with some exceptions. Certain Milwaukee deliveries are next-day only.

Most afternoon pickups are delivered the following business morning with some exceptions.

Our rates are divided up into document, package, and specialty locations delivery rates as follows:

Document Delivery

Our standard rate for document delivery is $11.00* covering the four zones listed below

• Zone 1: Chicago Area
• Zone 2: Far Suburban Chicago Area
• Zone 3: Milwaukee, WI Area
• Zone 4: Rockford, IL Area

Priority Rate: An additional $6.00 per delivery, delivered within 4 hours of pickup.
Evening Priority Rate: $30.00 – $40.00*, delivered same evening after 4:30 pm (After-hours delivery that same evening. Exact price based on distance. Not available for Rockford and Milwaukee deliveries.)

Oversized Deliveries

Examples are boxes, gift baskets, floral arrangements, merchandise, etc.

Our standard rate for oversized deliveries is $13.50*. Oversize rates refer to any item that is more than five pounds or larger than one cubic foot but within the following specifications. Packages must meet the following requirements:

• The package must be fully addressed.
• The package must be easily carried by a person of average height and weight, and fit easily into a car or van (call in advance for availability).

Specialty Locations

U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) — all facilities, Rosemont, Chicago and Rockford: $13.50*
International Terminal — O'Hare Airport: $35.00*
All Foreign Consulates: $40.00*

Rush Service

Call for rate and availability. This is direct service requiring a dedicated driver. Rates are based on distance traveled and time required. Priority assigned on order of calls taken.
